The tools to manage your users
We want you to have a great relationship with your users, and we give you the tools to do just that.
Communicating with your audience:
We know how important it is for you to have a direct link with your users and fans. We have built in a function called “inquiries” so that users can log on to their account and submit a question or comment to you. Those “inquiries” will show up in your Publisher dashboard, and you’ll be able to respond from that screen. Additionally, you can download a .csv file with all of your users’ email addresses and choose whichever platform you would like to use to communicate with them. For more information about inquires, please see our dedicated page here.
Soon Tinypass will be developing an email client integration that will allow you to communicate with your users and sell email content!
Solving problems for your users:
We also give you the tools on your dashboard to refund and/or cancel any transactions or subscriptions that your users may have contacted you about. Just check out the “Reports” section of your Publisher Dashboard and hover over and click on any transaction or subscription to see the actions you can take. And don’t forget, if your users need anything, you can always contact us at Tinypass!
Customer service & support:
We are always here for you AND your users. Whether you are having trouble getting Tinypass set up on your site, or one of your users is having a difficult time logging in, just shoot us an email (email@example.com) and we’ll be happy to help. You can always direct your users to Tinypass if they are experiencing a problem, so feel free to share our contact information with them.
Password reset (just in case):

Step 2) You’ll be directed here: https://dashboard.tinypass.com/login/showResetPassword and then type in your Email address and the security check.
